A Lively Atmosphere
More than 20 international student groups participate in the IU World's Fare. Each group showcases its country or region with interesting cultural displays. You can walk the rows of displays and ask the students about their rich cultures. See performances—perhaps a Brazilian band, or Uzbek, African, or Chinese dancing. And sample international food made from the students' recipes. Students can eat up to eight dishes for free, and everyone else pays $4 to try eight dishes.
OIS and Union Board co-host the IU World's Fare.
These books contain all the recipes that student groups submit each year. Make your own beignets, party pies, Kashmiri pulao, General Tso's Chicken, and more.
