Spend time in nature

Lake Monroe, located about 20 minutes southeast of campus, is the largest body of water in the state (not counting Lake Michigan, which touches Indiana’s northern border). Lake Monroe offers nearly every type of outdoor activity you can imagine, from boating, swimming, and fishing to camping, hiking, and relaxing on the beach.
