Renee grew up on a produce farm in southern Indiana, spending most of her summers coming to the Bloomington Farmer’s Market. She attended the University of Southern Indiana, where she studied history and arts and heritage administration. During college, Renee travelled with the university’s chamber choir to Ireland and Poland, participating in choral festivals with choirs from around the world. In the summer of 2017, she participated in her university’s Global Engagement Program, working at the New Lanark World Heritage Site in Scotland as an intern. Each of these experiences abroad helped to push her in the direction of international services.
In her spare time, Renee loves to bake, make music, and travel. In the future, Renee would like to travel the world, visit her international friends, and make new friends along the way.
