Irving & Lena Lo ILLO Scholarship Fund

Apply for the Irving & Lena Lo (ILLO) Scholarship Fund

The Irving and Lena Lo (ILLO) Scholarship Fund supports undergraduate and graduate students at IU Bloomington from China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan.

The fund may grant one or more scholarships per year, which may include cash or a fee remission. A recipient’s school will also be encouraged to match a scholarship with one of its own. Preference will be given to first-time applicants.

One scholarship each year is awarded to a music student in composition, piano, string instrument, or wind instrument (brass and percussion are excluded). Following that, scholarships can be awarded to students enrolled in (in order of preference) history and philosophy of science, religious studies, comparative literature, studio art, and journalism.
