The Eoyang-Lee Scholarship is offered to undergraduate and graduate international students enrolled in the College of Arts and Sciences at IU Bloomington who are interested in studying humanities and who demonstrate financial need.
The fund may grant one or more scholarships per year, which may include cash or a fee remission. Preference will be given to first-time applicants.

We accept applications in the spring semester each year. We send an email, typically in February or March, to all international students with application deadlines.
In 1990, IU professor Eugene Eoyang and his wife Patricia Lee Eoyang established the Eoyang-Lee Scholarship in memory of their parents. There are now two fellowship funds: The Edward Wonkai and Francis Moy Lee Fellowship, as well as the Thomas Zao and Ellen Cao Eoyang Fellowship. Successful applicants are carefully matched to the fellowship that will most inspire them to continue with their studies. These are special awards which provide both monetary, and most importantly, moral support.
